Storysell had a category-defining product and a brand that read like every other AI SaaS — pastel gradients, shapeless copy, a landing page indistinguishable from its ten closest competitors. Trial-to-paid was stuck because the site promised a template, not a platform.

We built an editorial brand that treats the product as a publishing system, not a prompt box. A typographic identity engineered for long-form and one-liners, a product-led marketing site with live story-to-PDP previews, and a content model that lets the AI scale a founder's voice instead of sanding it off.

Trial-to-paid conversion 2.1× from the new landing. First-session publish rate doubled once the onboarding was rebuilt around a single story. Two enterprise pilots signed off the relaunch alone.
